Warranty Coverage

 

  • Duration: This product is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. To activate your warranty, please register the unique code on your warranty card via our website. If not activated immediately, retain both the code and your order details for future claims.
  • Coverage: During the warranty period, if the product experiences any issues due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will repair or replace the product at no additional charge.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
    • Accidents or collisions
    • Misuse or abuse of the product
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., water immersion, extreme heat)
    • Negligence or improper handling

 

How to Claim Warranty

 

If you encounter any issues with your product during the warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@remotestores.com or submit Warranty Claim Form here.
    • If you’ve registered your product, please provide your warranty number (found in your confirmation email) along with a description of the issue.
    • If you haven’t registered, send us a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation with the purchase date, unique warranty code and include a description of the issue. Attach any relevant files if needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Our customer service team will guide you through basic troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue can be resolved without a return.
  • Return Authorization: If the issue persists, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label. Please do not send the product back without an RA number.
  • Return the Product: Ship the product back to us using the provided shipping label, including all original accessories and packaging, along with the RA number in the package.
  • Repair or Replacement: Once we receive the product, our technicians will inspect and repair or replace it. We will cover the return shipping costs for the repaired or replaced product.

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty period is not extended by the repair or replacement of the product. Any repairs or replacements performed under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
